Make News Short Film Submissions Deadline Extended!

Submit your film by August 6th for consideration to the MiFILM short film showcase, Make News, Make Noise: Screening Rooms in NYC and LA.

Films will be screened at The American Cinematheque’s Los Feliz Theatre in Los Angeles and The Stuart Theatre in Brooklyn, New York!

Selected filmmakers will be able to connect with new audiences and meet with experts in film packaging, development, and distribution. Now’s your chance!

Interested in being a screener! We’re currently looking for volunteers to review film submissions.

As a film reviewer, you’ll be responsible for watching and evaluating film submissions, ensuring they align with our theme of “freedom” and our overall mission. Volunteers will receive a special invitation to attend a local screening, partnered events, and spotlight opportunities.
